4.2. Upon receipt of a notification pursuant to Articles 15.1, 15.3 and 15.3-1 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ, the specified information is removed or access to it is restricted within the established timeframes.

5.1. Certain sections of the Site may cover complex topics (including questions of life and death, bioethics, history of ideas).

5.2. The Site is intended for an audience of 16+, unless otherwise stated on a specific page.

6.2. The Administrator has the right to restrict access to or delete messages that violate this document, the Site rules and/or the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.1. The Administrator does not guarantee the absence of technical failures, service interruptions, or harmful actions by malicious parties.

9. Personal Data and Technical Identifiers

9.1. Personal data is processed to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Site, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

9.2. Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is recorded, systematised, accumulated, stored and extracted using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation (personal data localisation).

9.3. During the operation of the Site, technical data and identifiers necessary for the correct operation of sections and traffic analysis may be generated automatically.

10.1. Advertising materials on the Site are marked with the word "Advertisement".

11.1. The Administrator is not liable for direct, indirect or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Site.

12. Not a Public Offer

12.1. Information about possible programs, projects and other initiatives does not constitute a public offer. Specific terms of participation are formalised by separate agreements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. This notice and the relations arising from it are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

13.2. Disputes shall be resolved in the court at the place of registration of the Administrator.
