5.1. Individual sections of the Site may touch upon complex topics (including issues of life and death, bioethics, history of ideas).

5.2. In order to comply with legislation, materials are marked by age categories; by default, the Site is intended for an audience of 16+, unless otherwise specified on a specific page.

6.2. The Administration has the right to restrict access, hide or delete messages that violate this document, the rules of the Site and (or) the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Personal Data and Technical Identifiers

9.1. The processing of personal data is carried out to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Site, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Administration's internal documents (Privacy Policy).

9.2. Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored and retrieved using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation (localization of personal data).

9.3. During the operation of the Site, technical data and identifiers necessary for the correct operation of sections and traffic analysis may be automatically generated.

11.1. 12.1. The Administration, founders and employees are not liable for direct, indirect and other losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site, except in cases directly provided for by mandatory rules of law.

13. Not a Public Offer

13.1. Information about possible programs, projects and other initiatives is not a public offer. Specific participation conditions are formalized by separate agreements.

14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1. This notice and related relations are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

14.2. Disputes shall be considered in court at the location of the Administration, unless otherwise established by law.
